Pricing

$500 for full day (10 AM to 11 PM) plus $100 refundable cleaning deposit if conditions met​

Extras

  • Suspended ceiling available for additional fee of $100. This covers cost of netting installation and usage of scaffolding
  • Extra day for setup/decoration is 50% off.
  • Monday through Thursday, 50% off
  • Setup help $100 (we will put up your tables and chairs per your direction)
  • Teardown help $100 (we put all tables/chairs away, remove decorations)
  • We do all the cleaning $100
  • We setup balloon ceiling (your choice of balloon colors and style) $200 to $300
  • Public Holiday fee of $100 (i.e. Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving)
  • Tablecloths are $5/per piece.

Cancellations

30 days prior to reservation:

  • ​1/2 of the facility fee and the full cleaning deposit will be refunded.

​Less than 7 days prior to reservation:

  • Facility rental fee will not be refunded. The full cleaning deposit will be refunded.

​Post Reservation:

  • If the facility​ is reserved and not used, no refund for the facility rental will be issued​. Full cleaning deposit will be refunded.
