Philip was very nice and helpful. He made the check-in process very easy. He made himself available for a good portion of the day. The venue was very clean and had many doors making bringing items in easy. There is plenty of parking and it is wheelchair accessible. The venue great acoustics for music so much so that I only needed one speaker. There is plenty of food storage and space to put cooking items. There is also a family dollar at the bottom of the hill if you have forgotten to bring a few things. Great rental.

Well, I know this is a big place that’s great for big groups, but it suited our family of a couple of humans and some collies really well. The doggies got to wander around the floor and garden and even tried out a tent. I’m not the sentimental type who often thinks I can feel the love in a place, but this place really does feel special. It likely has to do with the open arms of Philip; he was very good to us. If you’re interested in something different, stay here! We were exhausted travelers who became rejuvenated here!

This is a really interesting and beautiful space. We used it to host a daytime meeting, and it was perfect for that. Lots of space, clean, nice restroom facilities. It would be fun to spend the night there sometime!

The Clement was a totally unique place to stay and we had a great time. We loved being able to play fetch in such a huge open space with our pup. Phillip’s videos explaining check-in and the features of the Clement were comprehensive and very helpful. The neighborhood was safe and charming, with a nice view of the huge bridge across the river. We would definitely stay here again and if we lived closer, we’d book it for a small weekend retreat.

Maybe next year, thanks to Phillip and everyone who has helped him make this a good stay for my friends and I, and to all future guests who plan on staying here.

Phil was very nice. Space was awesome for our group, plenty of space for our pets, and kids to play. Enough bedding, cots and tents for everyone to be comfortable. Really clean. Lived the unique space. Total champing converts!
